You are currently on the page for submitting an application for the preparatory classes that Christian Public Service organizes each year.

Submitting an application can be done in several ways.

Method One - Pastor submits

The pastor of the applicant submits all the data for the application. When the application is submitted, he will get notified by email and the applicant will also receive an email.

Method Two - Applicant submits, Pastor approves

The second method is for the applicant to submit the application first. They will enter in all the details such as their name, congregation, and class choices. After they have completed the data entry process, they'll submt the application. The pastor will receive an email notifying him that there is an application that is pending his approval.

He'll click on the link in the email that will take him to the application's page. There he can finish filling out the application and submit it again with the data he added.

Coordinator processes application

In both of these processes, when the coordinator processes the application, both the applicant and the pastor will receive an email to confirm that the application was received.
